My name is Berdine Bronkhorst

I exchanged the courtroom for the boardroom 16 years ago when I followed my passion and purpose to guide individuals and organisations to a different level of people engagement, being "InVision" and creating cultures that uplift, transform and maximize the uniqueness of every individual in the organisation.

I have personal experience of what it feels like

to work for an organisation that saw its employees

as mere cogs in a machine.

 

In 2007, whilst studying Consciousness Coaching part time, I was told by my boss's boss that I shouldn't motivate the people. I shouldn't tell them that they can be more or do more, I should rather just leave them to do their work. Two weeks after that conversation I resigned and started INVISION COACHING in June 2007 with the burning desire to change the way we look at people and unlock their unique potential. I've been on a mission ever since.

I started introducing the Strengths-based assessments and approach into companies since 2013, with remarkable success. My passion as a coach and facilitator is to activate potential in people, teams and companies to really go beyond what they think is possible for themselves in terms of energy, fulfilment, engagement, achievement, confidence and performance. The source of your truest potential is your talents, and the challenge is that most people don’t know exactly what their talents are or how unique their contribution is that they can make in the workplace.

I incorporated the Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment in my transformational interventions as it is the most reliable and accurate positive psychology assessment, backed by 40 years of research by the Gallup organisation, that could identify the 34 areas of people’s natural talents in order. The better we learn to apply these talents, the greater the potential to consistently act with more confidence, direction, and hope. I’ve seen individuals and teams transform from sometimes toxic teams with a lot of interpersonal conflict and individuals working in silos, to high performing teams working interdependently by relying on each other’s strengths.

It is my experience that the Strengths-based approach needs to be embedded in the culture of the practice for it to come to fruition. We follow the process of Awareness, Activation and Action to create tangible results!

I'm not here to convince anyone to invest in their people. That should be a no brainer. I am here to assist you in going deeper and unlocking the unique potential in each individual, so that they can contribute their best to their team, the organisation and even their families.
